The objective of this module is to give you an action plan for trying new things. You will learn how to actively change your view of opposition and find a plethora of new, unique activities to try.

"All things new"? What does that mean? Let me show you!
Activities to Try:
- Reading new books that are outside of your genre-comfort zone
- Attending workshops in STEM (whether coding, engineering, etc. you can always find
something new to study and something new to learn)
- Shadowing experts at a local business, firm, studio, etc.
- Try painting or creating something with a new medium
- Start journaling
- Practice mindfulness
- Try a new sport
- Go for a run
- Create a menu for new balanced meals
- Listen to a new podcast or Ted Talk
- Get some fresh air
- Find and support a new local shop!
